In continuation with Intimation dated 20th March, 2025 regarding appeal filed before Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai against the order passed by the Adjudicating Officer (CGM) on 30-01-2025 on 19-03-2025 by Managing Director and Whole Time Director of the Company, Cerebra Integrated Technologies has informed that the Company has duly received order stating stay of recovery of penalty amount subject to deposit of 50% of the amount.
