Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Laxmi Organic Industries has informed that the Company has received Environmental Clearance (EC) from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Gujarat constituted under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, for its upcoming Synthetic Organic Chemicals Manufacturing site at Dahej, Village Jolve and Vadadala, District Bharuch, Gujarat. In this regard, the Company’s press release is enclosed as Annexure ‘A’, and the additional disclosures as required under SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, are provided in Annexure ‘B’.
