Shetron has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 9th May, 2025, to recommend final dividend for the financial year ended 2024-25 and to consider and approve the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025. Further, as per the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was kept closed from 1st April, 2025 till the expiration of 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025 i.e., 11th May, 2025 for the Company's Directors, Officers, designated employees and other connected persons of the Company.
