Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Laxmi Organic Industries has informed that the Company has received Factory License from the Directorate Industrial Safety and Health, Gujarat constituted under the Factories Act, for its upcoming Synthetic Organic Chemicals Manufacturing site at Dahej, Village Jolva and Vadadala, District Bharuch, Gujarat. In this regard, the additional disclosures as required under SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, are provided in Annexure ‘A’.
