Further to our intimation dated March 25, 2025, to the Stock Exchanges and pursuant to the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Insiders and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Rules 2015, the trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company is closed from April 1, 2025 and shall remain closed till May 16, 2025 (i.e. until 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results by the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025) and shall re-open on Saturday, May 17, 2025.
