With reference to Circular of SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018 in respect of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Corporates (LC) and disclosures and compliances thereof by such Large Corporates (LC), Triveni Glass has informed that the company do not fall under the Large Corporates (LC) category as per the framework provided in the aforesaid circular. It has further informed that the company shall be filing the requisite disclosure along with the financial results in pursuant of the SEBI circular /HO/DDHS/DDHSRACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023.
