Ashley Services (ASL) has become a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of Ashok Leyland with effect from April 01, 2013, consequent to the amalgamation of Ashley Holdings (AHL), Ashley Investments (AIL) and Ashok Leyland Project Services (ALPS) with ASL.
