A copy of the said Financial Results along with the Audit Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon is enclosed pursuant to regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) regulations 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations). Pursuant to regulation 33 of SEBI LODR Regulations, the Statutory Auditors of the Company, Sorab S. Engineers & Co., Chartered Accountant (Firm Registration No. 110417W) have issued the Audit Report with Unmodified Opinion on the aforesaid Audited Financial Results.
