Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement Regulation, 2015 Gangotri Textiles has informed that the present Statutory Auditor of the Company T.M.Mohanraj has resigned with effect from closure of the business hours on 14-5-2025 due to their preoccupation with other Professional assignments and they are not in a position to devote adequate time to the affairs of the Company. There is no other material reason other than those provided in his resignation letter. Their resignation letter has been received by the company through e-mail on 14-5-2025 at 12-10 pm.
