Southern Latex has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 22nd May, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Chennai: To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter, half year and Year ended 31st March, 2025, to consider and approve the Auditors' Reports on Audited Financial Results; to approve Directors Report and its Annexure for the year ended 2024-25; Any other matter with permission of the Chair. In connection with the above, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2018, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed for designated persons with effective from 1st April, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results are made public on 22nd May, 2025.
