Josts Engineering Company has informed that the Company has received Recovery Notice Issued under Section 79 r/w Rule 145 of CGST Rules, 2017 to HDFC Bank for attachment and/or blocking of various accounts held by Jost’s Engineering Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the ‘company’), in connection with alleged dues recoverable from Paladiaon Network Private Limited. However, the Company neither held nor currently hold any business relationship or financial dealings with Paladiaon Network at any point in time. Based on the advice of its GST Consultants, they will be filing appropriate response to the said Notice within the prescribed timelines. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as an Annexure-1.
