Pursuant to Regulations 29 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, NRB Industrial Bearings has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 27th May, 2025, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025. Further, pursuant to our letter dated 26th March, 2025 to the Exchanges, the ‘Trading Window’ in term of Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, was closed with effect from 1st April, 2025 until the 48 hours after the declaration of financial results by the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025. Accordingly, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company shall now reopen after 48 hours of declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025.
