Alfavision Overseas India has informed that Sandeep Patel (DIN: 08313051), the Independent Director of the Company (resigning director), resigns from the office of Board of Directors with effect from 20th May, 2025. The Resigning Director has placed her resignation letter on email address of the company wherein he informed that due to his professional commitments and engagements in other assignments would not be able to continue to hold the office of Board. The Resigning Director has also confirmed that there is no other reason for his resignation other than the said reason provided in resignation letter. The details required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III- Para A(7B) of Part A of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circulars issued in this regard, are given in Annexure - I. The letter of resignation received from Sandeep Patel is enclosed as Annexure - II.
