ING Vysya Bank trades in green on the BSE

ING Vysya Bank is currently trading at Rs. 441.00, up by 8.55 points or 1.98% from its previous closing of Rs. 432.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 432.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 440.85 and Rs. 432.20 respectively. So far 1426 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 667.00 on 05-Jun-2013 and a 52 week low of Rs. 361.05 on 30-Aug-2012.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 480.00 and Rs. 405.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8185.23 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 43.55% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 43.39% and 13.07% respectively.

ING Vysya Bank has increased interest rates on deposits by 25-50 basis points. The rate hike is effective from August 28, 2013.

The company has passed on the benefit to its customers across both short-term and long-term deposits in line with recent developments in financial markets.

Recently, the bank posted a rise of 34.58% in its net profit at Rs 175.12 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2013 as compared to Rs 130.12 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.  Total income increased by 15.70% at Rs 1553.08 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1342.36 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2012.
