Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, Indef Manufacturing has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, to transact the following business: a) To consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2025; b) To consider and approve the audited financial statement (standalone and consolidated) for the year ended on March 31, 2025, and c) To consider recommendation of dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2025. Further, as intimated earlier through its communication dated March 31, 2025, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all Connected/Designated Person from 1st April 2025 and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited, standalone and consolidated, financial results i.e., up to May 29, 2025.
