UNO Minda reports 4% fall in Q4 consolidated net profit

UNO Minda has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2025.

The company has reported 5.71% decline in its net profit at Rs 179.13 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 189.98 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 17.13% at Rs 3387.12 crore for Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 2,891.72 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 4.14% decline in its net profit at Rs 289.24 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 301.72 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 19.27% at Rs 4535.96 crore for Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 3803.13 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, the company has reported 19.66% rise in its net profit at Rs 796.26 crore as compared to Rs 665.41 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 19.25% at Rs 12,683.49 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 10,635.65 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 10.37% rise in its net profit at Rs 1020.57 crore as compared to Rs 924.71 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 19.48% at Rs 16,803.90 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 14,064.65 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
