Pursuant to the compliance of provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules made thereunder the Company circulated a Notice dated 6th May, 2025 (‘EGM Notice’) and Corrigendum cum addendum to the said Notice dated 23rd May, 2025 to all its shareholders for convening the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) as mentioned above. Revision of point no. 4 of the Explanatory Statement for Resolutions No. 2 & 3 and the inclusion of an additional agenda item as Resolution No. 5 in the EGM Notice. Accordingly, vide this Corrigendum, cum addendum, Evoq Remedies has informed that this corrigendum cum addendum shall be read in conjunction with the Notice of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting scheduled to be held on 3rd June, 2025. Other contents of the EGM Notice remain unchanged. This Corrigendum cum addendum shall form an integral part of EGM Notice and also be available at on Company’s website at https://www.evoqremedies.com and on the website of the Stock Exchange: BSE (‘BSE’) at www.bseindia.com.
