To consider and approve the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025 together with the Auditor’s Report thereon by the Statutory Auditor of the Company as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; 2. To discuss any other matter with the approval of the chairman. Further Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, it has informed that the trading window for trading in Company's securities by the designated persons and their immediate relatives is closed from April 01, 2025 and shall remain close until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025.
