Omaxe, the country’s leading real estate company, has entered into an agreement with global hospitality major InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) to open a 150-room hotel under brand Holiday Inn in New Chandigarh. The hotel will offer international standard of accommodation and service to both business and leisure guests.
The hotel would be located in the 1,000-acre township developed by Omaxe in Sector 4B of the New Chandigarh, which is near Chandigarh. The hotel will be a part of a mixed-use development that includes commercial, retail and residential establishments.
