Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule IlI thereof, Garment Mantra Lifestyle has informed that the Company has received an order from Zaara Overseas Trading L.L.C S.0.C, to supply Polyester Fabric and Polyester madeup dress material worth USD 10,78,900 approx in Rs. 9.20 Crores (exclusive of taxes). Details as per SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure A.
