In continuation with the earlier outcome submitted for the board meeting held on 27th May 2025 regarding the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2025, along with the unmodified Auditor’s Report received from Ravi Garg & Co., Statutory Auditors of the Company, Dolfin Rubbers has informed that it has rectified the inadvertent error in the Statement of Standalone Audited Financial pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the company has enclosed: 1. Copy of Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31s March, 2025 along with unmodified Auditor’s Report; 2. Declaration pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (LODR), 2015. Further the company has informed that it was a printing error which was unintentional and not deliberate.
