Gopala Iyengar, Cost Accountant has been re-appointed as the Cost Auditors of the Company for the financial year commencing on 1st April 2025 and ending on 31st March 2026; V.K. Shankarararamann, V K S Associates, Practicing Company Secretary is appointed for a period of five years from 01.04.2025 to 31.03.2030, and this appointment has been included in the ensuing AGM Notice. The Board Meeting ended at 11.30 am.
