Hubtown has received the Occupation Certificate (OC) for project ‘Hubtown Premiere Residences - Beverly’ located at Andheri (W), Mumbai. The project consists of around 73,500 square feet of carpet area (more than 95% sold) and is part of the larger project ‘Hubtown Premiere Residences’. One of the other buildings of the same project had earlier received the occupation certificate. One more building is under construction in the same project, which is expected to be completed by FY 2027.
Hubtown is engaged in the development, sale, and lease of commercial, residential, retail, and industrial properties.
