Further clarified that Kotia Enterprises is claiming exemption under regulation 15(2) of the Chapter IV of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 as the Paid up capital of the company is not exceeding Rs 10 Crores and the Net Worth is not exceeding Rs 25 Crores as on last day of the previous FY 31.03.2025.
