Saptarishi Agro Industries has received its Board of Directors' approval for selling otherwise disposing of land, buildings, and machineries of the Company's project located at Padalam Sugar Factory Road, Pazhaynoor, District Kanchipuram Tamil Nadu, together with its Assets and Liabilities at a consideration of approximately 40% to 50 % more than the consolidated Book Value. The board is waiting for shareholders approval for this sale. The board at its meeting held on September 03, 2013 has approved for the same.
Saptarishi Agro Industries is a 100% export-oriented unit engaged in cultivation, processing and export of mushrooms.
