Sunteck Realty’s wholly owned subsidiary has been appointed to develop the residential project on the land admeasuring around 2.5 acres (10,290 square meters), situated at Andheri (East), near Western Express Highway, Mumbai.
The Company expects to currently generate a free sale component of around 2,75,000 square feet from the development and redevelopment of the project, as per the provisions of Development Control & Promotion Regulations for Greater Mumbai, 2034.
