With reference to its Press Release dated June 9, 2024 and Company announcement dated July 16, 2024, regarding ‘the acquisition of the business of Stahlschmidt Cable Systems (SCS), out of insolvency proceedings in Germany’. Suprajit Engineering has informed that the Company has signed the closing memorandum for Asset and business acquisition of China and Canada as Second Stage of acquisition of the business of Stahlschmidt Cable Systems (SCS).
