Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Rajnish Wellness has informed that the Rights Issue Committee Meeting of the company at its meeting held today, Saturday, May 31, 2025, has approved the rescheduling of the timeline for the Rights Issue as enclosed. Letter of offer, Abriged Letter of offer, Right Entitlement Form, Application Form and other relevant documents with the above mentioned changes has also been approved by the Rights Issue Committee Meeting. All other terms and conditions of the Rights Issue as approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on May 28, 2025, shall remain unchanged. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12.00 pm and concluded at 12.45 pm.
