Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), Suumaya Corporation has informed that Suumaya Corporation is required to submit its audited standalone financial results along with the audit report for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, to the stock exchange within 60 days of the end of the financial year.
