The details required under SEBI Master Circular, SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure A. As confirmed by him, there are no material reasons for the resignation other than his personal reasons as mentioned in his mail dated June 05, 2025, which is also being attached.
