SKF India has informed that the Company has, on 04th June 2025 received order of Hon’ble NCLT, dated 04th June 2025 (‘Order’), directing the Company to convene the meeting of its equity shareholders for approving the Scheme of Arrangement between SKF India and SKF India (Industrial) and their respective shareholders and creditors under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The details of the meetings, to be convened and held as per the directions of the Hon’ble NCLT, will be notified in due course. The NCLT Order has been uploaded on the website of NCLT at https://nclt.gov.in/. A certified copy of the NCLT Order is yet to be received by the Company. A copy of the Order is enclosed as Annexure -1. The same is also being made available on the Company’s website at https://www.skf.com/in/investors/shareholder-information.
