Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III of the said regulations, Konndor Industries has informed that, Ananya Acharya, Independent Director of the Company has tendered her resignation from the position vide resignation letter dated 9th June, 2025 due to her pre-occupation. Further, Company has received confirmation from Ananya Acharya, that there are no material reasons for her resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter which is annexed.
