Acknit Industries has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today 17th June, 2025 has approved the resignation of Paulami Mukherjee from the post of Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) of the company with effect from the closure of business hours on Tuesday, 17th June, 2025. The resignation letter dated 11th June, 2025 has been accepted and she will be relieved from her services from the closure of business hours on Tuesday, 17th June, 2025. Further, there is no other material reason other than the one mentioned in her resignation letter which is enclosed. The necessary disclosure in terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure.
