The aforesaid order has been received in the normal course of business. In accordance with the disclosure requirements under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09,2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023, the details of the said order are enclosed as Annexure A.
