Goa Carbon has informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in the Company's securities, Equity Shares, will remain closed from 21st June 2025 (10 days prior to the end of the respective quarter). The trading window shall be opened 48 hours after the Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 are made public.
