This proposed subsidiary will serve as the company’s strategic international arm and will be incorporated under the applicable legal framework in Dubai, UAE.

The subsidiary will focus on participating in the real estate sector in the UAE, with a specific emphasis on land arbitrage transactions. This investment will be structured in compliance with FEMA and RBI guidelines for overseas direct investment (ODI), wherever applicable. This expansion marks a pivotal step in SIPTL’s broader strategy of entering global markets in a riskmanaged manner and creating incremental value for shareholders.
