LTS Investment Fund has purchased more than 0.5% stake in textile company Pearl Global Industries. The fund has purchased 117,880 equity shares at Rs 138 apiece valuing the transaction worth Rs 1.6 crore.
On the other hand, Aries Travels sold same quantity of shares at same price. Meanwhile, promoters hold 66.58% stake in the company as of June 2013.
