As per the terms of allotment, the Company is required to obtain plan approval, commence construction within the stipulated period, and complete the project within 4 years from the date of allotment. The possession is granted on an ‘as is where is’ basis. This acquisition is part of the Company’s strategic expansion plan to enhance its production capabilities and serve growing market demands.
