Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ITCONS E-Solutions has informed that the Company has secured a new work order from Power Grid Corporation of India, Ministry of Power. The order pertains to the supply of 23 Highly- skilled manpower resources on a contractual basis for the period of 2 years. The aggregate value of the contract is INR 2,19,89,056.97/-, inclusive of all applicable taxes. This work order marks another significant achievement for the company and further strengthens its association with Power Grid Corporation of India. Details as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure A.
