Vipul has entered into a definitive agreement on June 20, 2025 for the sale of 50% of its equity and preference shareholding in its wholly owned subsidiary, High Class Projects to Expertpro Realty. Upon completion of the transaction, High Class Projects will cease to be subsidiary of the Company and became an associate of the Company. The expected date of completion of sale/ disposal is July 31, 2025. Consideration received from such sale/ disposal is Rs 4.38 crore.
