Narmada Gelatines has informed that Pradeep V. Bharati, who has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Senior Personnel of the company, was expected to assume office from 16th June, 2025. The Requisite details pertaining to his appointment were earlier intimated to the Stock Exchange (enclosed for reference). However, due to his personal reasons, Pradeep V. Bharati is unable to join its organization. Accordingly, the management has decided to supersede the earlier intimation and treat the appointment as cancelled.
