Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations 2015, Jungle Camps India has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from 01st July 2025, and the same will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June 2025. During the period, as per the PIT Regulations, all the Designated Persons and their immediate Relatives are prohibited from entering into any transaction involving dealing/ trading in securities of the Company, either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the Un- Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 30th June 2025 will be intimated separately in due course.
