Vinyl Chemicals (India) has informed that the 39th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Members of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 30th July, 2025 at 3:30 pm via video conferencing. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Tuesday, 15th July, 2025 as the Record Date for determining the Members entitled to receive the dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025. Subject to approval of Members at the AGM, payment of such dividend, after deduction of tax at source, will be made on or after Monday, 4th August 2025.
