ITC has informed that the Trading Window for purchasing / selling or dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from 1st July, 2025 for Designated Employees (and their Immediate Relatives) in terms of the ITC Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading - 2019. The Trading Window will open 48 hours from the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ending on 30th June, 2025.
