In terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and any amendments thereto, Polymechplast Machines has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from Tuesday, 1st July, 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2025. All the Directors, KMPs, Designated Employees, Connected Persons and their Immediate Relatives are advised not to deal with the securities of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. The date of the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company for consideration and approval of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30thJune, 2025 will be informed in due course.
