Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Praj Industries has informed that the Board of Directors of Praj Industries at their Meeting held today i.e. 26th June, 2025, have approved the appointment of: 1) Statutory Auditors: MSKA & Associates, Chartered Accountants, (Firm Registration No. 105047W), as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office for a term of five (5) consecutive years from the conclusion of 39th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 44th Annual General Meeting (to be held in the year 2030), subject to approval of Members of the Company at 39th Annual General Meeting; 2) Secretarial Auditors: MSN Associates, Company Secretaries (Firm Registration No. 2953) as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of five (5) consecutive years commencing from the financial year 2025-26 till financial year 2029-30, subject to approval of Members of the Company at 39th Annual General Meeting; 3) Cost Auditors: Dhananjay V. Joshi & Associates Cost (Firm Registration No. 000030) as the Cost Auditors of the Company for Financial Year 2025-26, subject to approval of Members of the Company at 39th Annual General Meeting; 4) Internal Auditors: Khare Deshmukh & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 116141W) as the Internal Auditors of the Company for Financial Year 2025-26, subject to approval of Members of the Company at 39th Annual General Meeting.
