Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in continuation of earlier intimations in this regard, MRP Agro has informed that on June 28, 2025, the Company has received an amount of ?84.15 lakhs as the second installment of the Industrial Development Subsidy under the MSME Protsahan Yojna 2021. The said amount has been disbursed by the District Trade & Industries Centre, Tikamgarh.
