Atlanta’s SPV achieves financial closure for its Mohania-Ara Project

Atlanta, a leading infrastructure company has achieved financial closure through its special purpose vehicle (SPV) company - MORA Tollways for the work of Development and Operation & Maintenance of the Mohania - Ara Section for a stretch of 117 km on National Highway No.30 through Public Private Partnership on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis in the state of Bihar.

The total cost of the project is Rs 1,200 crore and the concession period is for 25 years. Lead bank, Union Bank of India under consortium has underwritten the term loan for an amount of Rs 700 crore for the said project. Atlanta along with its subsidiary is holding 99.68 % stake in the SPV Company.
