KPI Green Energy has incorporated a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) namely ‘KPIN Clean Power Three LLP’. The company has received approval from Ministry of Corporate Affairs for incorporation of a SPV on July 2, 2025.
The main objective of the SPV is to generate, develop, transform, distribute, transmit, sale, supply any kind of power or electrical energy using wind energy, solar energy or other renewable sources of energy.
KPI Green Energy (formerly known as K.P.I. Global Infrastructure) is a solar power generating company focused on providing solar power, both as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) under the brand name of ‘Solarism’ and as service provider to Captive Power Producer (CPP) customers.
