Puravankara has informed that pursuant to provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, the Company has sent letter to all the concerned shareholders as per the latest available addresses, who have not encashed or claimed dividends for last 7 (Seven) consecutive years or more commencing from the year 2017-18 and whose shares are liable to be transferred to Demat Account of IEPF Authority set up by the Central Government. In this connection the Company published advertisements in the following newspapers on July 05, 2025: i. “Financial Express” (English Newspaper) ii. “Vijaya Karnataka” (Kannada Newspaper).
